Intellect Design Arena Ltd has secured a significant contract with a prominent South African bank to introduce its eMACH.ai Digital Engagement Platform across nine countries.

As of 2:50 PM, the company’s shares were trading at ₹1,185.50, reflecting a dip of ₹8.60 or 0.72 percent on the NSE.

This platform will operate as a single instance from South Africa, catering to the bank’s needs across six countries through cloud services. Additionally, it will support three countries with on-premise installations, adhering to local data residency regulations. The system aims to accommodate both corporate and retail banking clients.

The eMACH.ai Digital Engagement Platform is designed to provide personalized customer journeys across various channels while seamlessly integrating with core banking systems and external applications. It features over 750 front-end journeys and 520 open APIs, aimed at enhancing digital banking services and streamlining the customer onboarding process.

Rajesh Saxena, CEO of Intellect Consumer Banking, remarked that this engagement showcases the platform’s capabilities for cross-border banking implementations, emphasizing its potential to bolster the bank’s digital strategies across multiple regions.

Intellect Design Arena operates in 57 countries, catering to over 325 global clients. The company specializes in technology solutions for banking and insurance through its four main divisions: Global Consumer Banking, Global Transaction Banking, IntellectAI, and Digital Technology for Commerce.
