Memorandum of Understanding with IDC
In February 2025, Mahindra South Africa signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) to assess the feasibility of establishing a Completely Knocked Down (CKD) vehicle assembly facility in the country.
