ND SatCom, a German company specializing in satellite communication systems and integration, has announced the acquisition of Tecna Suarl. This Senegal-based provider of satellite transmission and radio telecommunications solutions will now operate under the new name, ND SatCom Senegal.
With expanding operations in West Africa, ND SatCom recognized the necessity for a local presence. This strategic acquisition is expected to strengthen connections with customers and collaboration with leading communication firms in the region.
