Consolidation of South African Operations

In March 2024, Strides Pharma consolidated its South African operations by transferring a 100% stake in Strides Pharma (SA) Pty Ltd to its subsidiary, Trinity Pharma Proprietary Limited. This move, valued at ZAR 21.73 million, aims to achieve operational synergies and streamline business processes within the group. In December 2023, Trinity Pharma secured a credit facility of ZAR 70 million (approximately ₹31.5 crore) from Investec Bank Limited, South Africa.
