Acquisition of Stahlschmidt Cable Systems

In June 2024, Suprajit Engineering completed the acquisition of Stahlschmidt Cable Systems (SCS), a German-based manufacturer specializing in light-duty cables. This acquisition, valued at €13.5 million, is expected to contribute approximately €50 million in revenue to Suprajit upon full integration.
